Unusable service, Max package

Am I the only one seeing absolutely shit service the past few weeks? I didn't upgrade from Max, I'm wondering whether I'm being deliberately punished as a result:

100ms+ as the first hop outside of my LAN seems a bit bloody ridiculous. Also been seeing anywhere from 10-70% packet loss. As well as a total outage last night from around 1:30AM onwards.

Your not the only one that has seen piss poor performance on Max alot of people have.

have you tried setting your routers MTU setting to 1500 instead of 1492?

i did a second trace to google.co.uk just afew seconds later. look closely at that new ip "10.102.241.77" obviously a different route but it adds 200ms to the trip. an overloaded router maybe?
