That from today kc is open for new companies to come in just been talking to someone would said the have been mailing local buisnesses in the area offering a 15 percent discount if they sign up for two years but the likes of bt and alike are already 15 percent cheaper then kc and the reason they was mailing everyone was because as of now its open for anyone to come in and we will see a roll  out in the next few weeks and needed them on two year contract... Heres hoping that this is true that we will be free from kc and karoo seems like we had that big hull freedom thing last year the one thing people in hull know is we have never been free from kc

I haven't heard anything about it, maybe others can shed some light on it, I really do hope its true I would love to get away from Karoo.

Are they offerering calls or broadband or both?

There are already alternatives to KC for calls for both homes and businesses.

KC have always had their network open for other companies to come in, its just the other companies who don't want to come in.
