Lower installation cost = higher monthly cost as far as I can see, fair enough.

Short answer No we have to be commercially sustainable.

Lead time is 10 working days from receipt of order

I thought NextGenUs was a trial of about a year?  Can you guarantee the service beyond 12 months as the install fee is very steep?

Correct initial wave was forecast for trial we have now moved onto a direct service delivery model.

But if lots of people went onto the £8.50 option, every year they stayed with nextgenus after year one would lose the company money compared to the ones who signed up with a lower install fee. The business model only looks viable over the short term unless the terms/prices change after the first years contract has expired. Undecided
