Are you sick of the Karoo/kingston communications monopoly in the area?
Would you welcome freedom of choice of provider/isp?Would you at least like to see lower prices while the price of broadband and broadband packages in the rest of the UK plummet?I know i would,i could pay the same ammount i'm paying now for basic broadband package and have it cover my phone calls and free sky/virgin media tv with another provider.These packages are advertised constantly,you dont need to look for them to realise the prices are dropping elsewhere ntl etc etc.
Well i have written letters of complaint to karoo and ofcom,also i plan the backing of a local mp and a spot in the hull daily mail.I have started an online petition i would like you to sign if you feel the same as me.We might not get any where but at least lets have a try and tell kc that we think its unfair.Is it not basic human rights that we should have free choice?I have only just started the ball rolling but i plan to publicize our plight and the petition.So remember united we stand divided we fall and if you agree please sign.
A lot of us in Hull are elderly,disabled and single parent familys who are on a tight budget.
I suppose people more well off maybe don't realise how much these prices are compared to the rest of the uk or is it that people cannot be bothered to coment on it and dont bother looking into it?I dont know and im not knocking these people but i feel we should stand up and be counted and i felt i had to do something.Thanks for your time,link follows-
