Without trawling through there T&C's can anyone tell me how much notice I have to give KC of my intention to cancel there services?

I thought it was 30 days, but we're billed on the 14th of the month - called them yesterday and they said it would be cancelled on the 14th August... So I really don't know!

Man is this pathetic just checked there Broadband speed checker.

If your device is ADSL2+ compliant your postcode HU8 8. could support an average connection speed of 5Mbps.
My device isn’t ADSL2+ compliant
