Did anyone see the click episode on next gen Cloud gaming, the way it will work is you send your position to the server it renders a video feed and sends it back to your device, it means you dont need any specialist gaming equipment and is another way of "renting" a game rather than buying it.

Requires
5mb connection for 720P gaming
10mb for 1080P

and very low latency!

I noticed this a while ago, think it was on theregister website, I dont think much to it, first of all it would be unusuable on Krapcom's Krapoo and second it isnt any good if your internet goes down, not forgetting that you no longer have any tangible goods...

Remember what happened to Halo 2 earlier this year. you can still play campaign but even that would be impossible on a service like this Shocked, should your favorite game be discontinued..

i would watch it but i havent got all week for it to stream, maybe if i start it now ill be able to finish streaming it when air net come do my service
