I've been emailing Simon to sign up but have not heard back from him for 11 days now despite follow up emails every few days.has anyone go a contact number they could pm me?pretty desperate to get signed up asap but i might be forced to sign kcom soon - currently stuck on mobile internet from my phone!

Hi Cheng, nobody has replied because nextgenus don't have a contact number that anyone knows of.

Under section 6, although I expect they are very busy so woud try not to bother them.

Which is why after 7 weeks and numerous unanswered and unreturned calls, I have chosen not to.
