Probably good if you live high up in a block of flats maybe... For a normal two story house you have to get above the rooftops...

While this is true in most areas if you are next to a relay station you can get a good strong signal at ground level at quite some distance around the relay station

No I just have experience of installing carrier class WIFI kit for long and short range connections.

although The TumbleWEED  is good it does not help when you are up ladders
