I say another moderator or two, people who are here regularly; just to keep a general eye on things as the forum continues to grow.

I think a new moderator is definitely in order, often threads go completely off subject with aspects which should have their own thread.

One or more can't hurt. It takes the burden off those already running the site. That said. I've been around plenty of forums in my time and found some right little Hitler's moderating forums. That spoils the whole site and people tend to drop away because they get sick of feeling like naughty children. Though I would tidy the stronger swearing up on here. I'm no prude and can sound like Gordon Ramsay myself in the real world but I have pointed people towards this site who are a little more reserved. Asterisks' hide a multitude of sins In my opinion. This is the most easy going forum I've ever spent time on. Maybe because we have less younger viewers. 99% of members are very polite and very willing to help others in some way. If new moderators do come into play, I hope they mirror Dylan and the existing mods.

Marko, I do agree with the swearing bit. I think we've let that slide a bit and I would ask forum members to consider other members before using some of choicier words we sometimes see here...

Dyls & I are really lazy people at heart. Exactly my point what a pair of lazy f*****g bone idle lazy c***'s... ... Seriously though the site does seem to be getting busier even during my short time here, also think we need to try and encourage more members to participate in the discussions.... So come on guys don't be shy, get voting and leave some comments on how you would like to see the forum going...

My vote is for NO because I like the forum as it is, change or newness is not always a good thing.

I wouldn't worry about change or newness, the only thing which I would imagine to be different, should a new moderator come into play is more structure and organisation in threads. That's what I personally would hope for anyway.
