At 3.30pm Thursday 23 September, we experienced a hardware failure on our core network which is now resolved and network stability regained.
Our Technical Support line continues to receive a high level of calls, as due to the overnight storms some customers may be experiencing continued connection problems. We would like to reassure you this is not related to yesterday’s outage.
If you are experiencing problems our advice is to call our support team free from your landline on 606101 – but please be aware that call wait times may be longer than usual.
We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing you, and we thank you for your patience.

welldone karoo, look ive still got my internet, ohh yea i rnt with karpoo anyone more, was funny last night i was the only person on facebook and xbox live or the joys of not having karpoo

I think a piece of routing gear died as I was connected but not browsing and all my pings never went anywhere, even the IP address ones, I tried alternate dns servers as well.
