Superleeds27 brings us more news about Karoo's latest network failure.

At 3.30pm Thursday 23 September, we experienced a hardware failure on our core network which is now resolved and network stability regained.

Our Technical Support line continues to receive a high level of calls, as due to the overnight storms some customers may be experiencing continued connection problems. We would like to reassure you this is not related to yesterday’s outage.

If you are experiencing problems our advice is to call our support team free from your landline on 606101 – but please be aware that call wait times may be longer than usual.

We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing you, and we thank you for your patience.

Yeah, the service was down yesterday. Its amazing how Karoo only have to deal with one city, and struggle to keep it online. Makes you wonder how companies like BT & Sky manage to keep the majority of the country online, when Karoo make one city look like such a difficult job!

Yeah but to be fair Scott it's not actually Kakroo's fault...no ..no....it's the Weather and the customers location and equipment like cables, routers, PS3's, Xboxe's, laptops, pc's even the colour of your car parked on your drive... Angry
