To pull the wool over our eyes and blame everything but themselves, they do mention throttling but its only a small part apparently on the reason we don't get 8Mb. For me the throttling is
the biggest reason because my line is 100% stable at 8Mbps, the throughput right now is about 700kbps. I get such dire speeds even on KCs local network now. LOL
