Spoke to karoo this morning about the bundles been offered here in Driffield see here (

Im currently on karoo pro 1 £29.99 and kc talk 1 £11.49 = £41.48
So when i found out that i was able to have bundle deals i went off my rocker at them.
I told them that i been over charged by £6.48 per month, and the first 3 months was been over charged by £11.48 So i've told them that they need to credit my account with £40.92 the first 3 months at a discount and the 4 month that im currently in.
I also told them that if they were unable to do this then they would be reported to ofcom and the current 12 month contract would be terminated, and i would move back over to bt.
Kc said your currently within a 12mths contract and i was liable to charges ie line rental and bb monthly charges. I did point out the fact that were charging more than they adveritse for a product, and that it was fraud, and overcharging. I did point again they just needed to credit the account with £40.92 and the matter would be forgotten.
I'll have to get a senior manager to get in contact with you!!! Said the kc customer service agent.
