Just spotted this going into my junk folder. Hello! It's time to have your say... As a valued customer we would like to invite you to take part in an exciting event coming up next month. On 3rd November we are running a customer focus group to look at the opportunity of creating an exciting new product for our customers - and we'd like you to be involved. This is an opportunity for you to have your say in shaping the future of services offered by KC. The event will take place at the KC Stadium from 7am to 7pm. Breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day will be provided. You are welcome to join us all day, or just for an hour or so at a time to suit you.
