Hi guys as this is my first post go easy on me lol.

The last couple of days my internet has been a bit dodgy on an evening. Could anyone tell me if my stats are ok
My line stats are as follows
Mode :     ADSL2+
Line Coding :    Trellis On
Status :    Link Up 
 
     Downstream    Upstream

SNR Margin (dB) :    1.0     7.4

Hi @chriscoates81

Your problem is you SNR noise margin for your download speed.. It is only 1db and should be 6db+.. This is the cause of your connection issues, I would advise you ask for Karoo to raise your SNR margin, this will drop your line speed but will result in a more stable connection.

Also you could try to improve your line stats by not using extension leads and ensuring you have adsl filters on any sockets where you have something plugged in.
