I believe all the new packages are treated the same way in terms of available bandwidth and shaping etc..

Yes it did.  Things still haven't improved much for the likes of 4oD, choppy streaming, yet fine when SSH tunnelled.  Yet they repeat over and over they don't shape this type of traffic.

This type of traffic is controlled on pro 1 also the only way to stop buffering and stalling is pay extra for  a vpn  !
