A question for the people who have had a wireless box fitting on their roof, did any of you have any damage (apart from the drilled holes) done to any part of the house?

Or has it affected your TV or freeview reception in any way?

For me ... No & No ... Smiley
The box was fitted to an existing "redundant Pole" wire routed down the roof, behind the guttering, down the wall cable clipped to perfection, 10mm hole drilled for the wire looped underneath to stop water getting in and finally filled with sealant..spot on couldn't have done it better my self... Smiley
I'm even getting them back to install a new TV Ariel... Wink

Exactly..I had a new Ariel installed a few years ago ready for the freeview thing, but never have been able to get a decent picture on it.. Sad  when the guys installed the receiver for the BB they noticed the Freeview Ariel cable was letting water in...  Wink anyway they left me a card so I'll get them back shortly to install a new one.. Smiley plus they put the receiver up there so know what it's all about, if you get someone else they may tamper with the receiver not knowing what it's for... Wink

Yeah Chris did an excellent job installing the aerial. He fitted it about half way up my existing tv aerial pole. He even fastened the cable to the tiles with little clips (no drilling).

The work didn't effect my tv signal at all. Smiley

I don't use the TV aeriel, so can't comment on recpetion but can confirm that the cabling work was done to a high standard with no damage.

No damage for me either, a hold was drilled in the wall for the cable to come through, just like having sky installed really.
