Ofcom are telling people to reclaim money owed to them by their previous supplier that hasn't necessarily been paid back automatically.

Check it out!

Personally I always thought that money on your old phone was unavailable to be reclaimed, but according to this you can get it back! Just in time for christmas  Grin

When I binned Karoo they automatically sent me a cheque for 14 quid ... Smiley
