i think it`s pretty bloody pointless using speedtest.net as krapoo obviously have it whitelisted!
they will probably have most if not all of the sites that do these sort of test whitelisted!  Lips Sealed

Think you will find that your statement is wrong on this site
That ties in with better speed of 500KB/sec download from Microsoft immediately afterwards.
