Easiest way to tell is if the usage meter is in the Karoo control panel when you check your usage...
If it is and the speeds are still slow then contact support...
AC, which router do you have?
I have a Netgear DG834G v4. My connection always starts out relatively good at the start of the day (usually 5920kbps at 9am) and stay like that until about 8:30pm when it'll resync once or twice over the next hour or so, with the connection deteriorating down to around 4000kbps. I have to reboot the router every morning to get the speed back up which is a bit annoying. Frankly, I've no idea how to get a stable connection 24 hours a day.

Always seemed to be around 8 or 9 ish. Rang Karoo and they decided to cut me down to 3 Meg So i rang up, complained again and they gradually upped it. I now have about 5.5 which is typical for my area.

Thought i'd see what differance a modem reboot would do before reboot Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 0,994 / 4,023 after reboot Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1,023 / 5,888
