New PC Monitor?

Hi guys, any of you in the know about new pc monitors?

Primary Use: Gaming
Secondary Use: TV & Movies

The spec I am looking for is:

Size: 23-24"
Resolution: 1920x1200 (Aspect 16:10)
Frequency: True 120Hz
Responce Time: <=5ms G2G
Preferably back-lit by LED
Preferable Panel: e-IPS, P-IPS or H-IPS. If push comes to shove, a TN panel would be good but then HAS to be <=2ms G2G response time.

Obviously lower the cost the better, definitly no more than £300 tops if possible. If you do find one over that price please still list it so I can follow it.
