Upgraded to Pro 1 in August and received over 4000kbps in August and all last month which I was quite happy with but this past week my speed has dropped to just over 2000kbps. Had a little trouble middle of last week when I couldn't access my emails and it kept asking for my name and password and ever since then the speed dropped. I don't understand.

Dobble, I believe that KC are currently in the process of upgrading their network which may explain why your connection has been so unstable this past week.

And welcome to the forums BTW. Wink

Aye, here's the timetable for some network upgrades;

    *   North, Brough - 3 November 2010
    * West, Driffield - 10 November 2010
    * Bransholme, Hessle - 17 November 2010
    * East, Ferriby - 24 November 2010
    * City Centre, Bilton, Cottingham - 1 December 2010
    * Newland, Kirkella - 8 December 2010
    * Beverley, Hedon - 15 December 2010

I don't know if this affects home and business or what, but it gives you the rough idea.

I thought Greatfield was East Hull?

The "East" certainly covers Preston Road.

Hehe.

Oh, and Bransholme? That's an entity of it's own, I won't have it tarnish the good name of East Hull, it's further nort than North Hull is so why isn't it classed as North?
