Yeah but can we give honest answers tho?
I have been totally honest with them and told them their broadband is way to expensive and that their c/s are prone to being rude which reflects badly on them. Also told them that if another isp came here I would jump ship cause it ain't Krapoo, which is how I feel at the moment.

no but i have completed their survey (heres hoping for a webcam so i can burn it in front of KC house!)

Filled in and was honest, they was told they have krapoo service and i would immediately jump ship to another broadband provider if the option was there.
