Just thought i'd post a comment on here, Just got up after getting back from egypt early this morning, Having now had a bit of a sleep i decided to try catch up on all the forum discussions that have taken place over the past 7 days..

I am delighted to inform everyone that i have just finally finishing reading every single post.. It took me 2 hours but i got there in the end.. Just goes to show how active this forum is and how much gets discussed over a 7 day period..

I'm now going to go cover myself in some more aftersun. Toodle pip guys, toodle pip.

I shall upload some pictures soon, Although some of them do involve my nakedness which judging by the amount of male users on this forum, Probably wouldnt be very well received, Unless there are a few gay members lurking, Which then i'm not sure it'd be a great idea.. Although to be honest bringing this subject up had given me an idea, Why not have a section for users to post a picture of themselfs (if they want to).. Just to give an idea of who you are talking to, Perhaps a little tacky, but who know, people may like to put a face to the regular forum posters on here..

Had a fantastic holiday thankyou, Despite the arabs trying to always hustle you into their shops, But once you realise that saying NO! not once, Not twice, Not even three times or four, But usually the fifth NO! seems to do the trick.. The weather was fantastic, the hotel lovely, and the private beach and coral reefs out of this world..

Sure, I will post a few pictures of the place itself and some of the things i found interesting, Although the highlight was snorking the red sea and having a dolphin turn up and swim alongside me for 20 minutes.. Was incredible but unfortunately the one time i decided not to purchase a £5 under water disposable camera, It would have probably been a great purchase..

@Ace, The option for a members photo section would be nice, So long as it was moderated so that users don't abuse and post unacceptable pictures..  Nice genuine self portrait style type pictures would be nice though.

I wouldn't get it out alive, they have lots of big guns pointing around the place hmmm.

@Ace, No mankinis haha, Although the russian guys and germans seem to like wearing very short revealing attire.. I stick to my knee length swimming shorts

Nah i got pretty wise to the way they try and trick you into paying for things, even something like standing next to a camel. I stayed in Shalm El Sheikh.. Couldnt ask for more, but then again its more touristy so it suits me.

Just when you go to Egypt. Just go with the thought of 'nothing in Egypt is for free' Even when they say you can have a photo next to a camel, They WILL try charging you for that.. But aside from the money grabbing, what a lovely holiday i've had.

Other things to look out for, people at the airport try very hard to take your bags etc to the taxi, this ofcourse incurs a tip. Just got to keep saying no, even try their luck by carrying your bags WITH you without your permission and then still ask for a tip...

They also are quite good at giving you a personal tour of parts of the temples which also incur a tip at the end, you aren't told of this prior. Basicly anyone that comes to you are wanting something so I suggest keep your witts about you, we also had an attempted pick pocket by what looked like a 4 year old. Aparently the local gang groups use kids to help get extra funds for them.

All that said though, they are really nice people the legit ones. Got to think of how hard they have it and put it into perspective before pre-judging
