Just logged into my account and noticed that my usage for 19thoct/19thnov has been reset to zero (which is good as i was about 12gb over my limit, plus the usage for this month today has been reduced by about 5gb, message is displayed

Information about your November/December usage
If your usage during November/December as displayed below is lower than expected, please don't be concerned. On 24 November we reset a large number of our customers' usage to zero as a result of a technical issue on a piece of our broadband equipment.

So for a change this is a failure on kcoms part that has benifited me :-)

Just looked at my usage, says i've only downloaded 2.6gb since 7th nov. And i downloaded 7 films off playstation store and watched the iplayer for hours aswell, i wont say anything to kc.

I live in BT land and have a choice so KC have to treat me properly
