Adamr8965 it seems to me you took my last post quite offensively, I clearly stated however that this a theory, nothing more, and it was actually aimed at people who use torrents to download films illegally and not for users who supposedly use their PS3 to obtain films legitimately. And to state that I am jealous because I haven't got fast enough connection to download torrents over is simply amusing in all honesty, I for one use my Cisco academies 1GB feed into Janet to download software, its allot faster.

CommangerGC I apologize for not stating my post correctly, but I think you already know what I am referring to. Wink

Merry Christmas everyone.

I didnt really take offense to it, but theres alot of people on here that get really angry at people with good connections. (i wont name them)

Kc do a kind gesture and give away free bandwith, yet people seem to think its a ploy to catch illegal downloaders.

Now i dont have any facts to back this up.

But if kc cancelled everbody who downloaded illegal files, they wont have many people on there books would they?

I am thinking they are stress testing there network for the launch of there white label products early next year what better way to sneak it in  Smiley

Most businesses are closed over the next few days leaving lots of unused bandwidth. I think they're just allowing the residential customers a few days without worry of going over as a good will gesture.

Dear me... Sad We are so used to getting nothing for nothing nowadays, when we get something we are such a bunch of suspicious feckers... Grin
I'm being positive and going with marko's assessment... Smiley

I believe 2011 will show some major developments for broadband in Hull.. Perhaps not so much with karoo, But with other sources.. I look forward to what the new year has to offer.

OK, maybe I was wrong with my analogy, it wouldn't be the first time Cheesy, but with all things considered I hope everyone enjoys their unlimited usage cap over the Christmas holidays and make sure not to do anything naughty with your connection because I shall observe my seeders and leachers lists for both KC and Quickline addresses inside of UTorrent.

And if that isn't enough, I shall also observe your daily Internet activities from outside your house.
