Anyway, I bought a PS3.I only play Fifa on it with friends. The PS3 is in DMZ. But still, "lose connection" to games. The internet still works.. but playing games is bloody hard!
I bought a new Belkin N router. This solved some of the issues... I don't get kicked have as much.

No matter what I do, I can't seem to hold a stable connection.

I read that Fifa uses P2P for online gaming. I also read somewhere Karoo limit P2P connections..... could this be the problem? If so, anyone got a fix?

It's utterly pointless contacting Karoo - I tried that... and they reply'd with "sorry your experiencing slow speeds, call the tech number....."
Baring in mind I never once mentioned slow speeds....

If there's no way around this - I guess I'll switch to BT (free line install at mo, although slower speeds)

Karoo is fine for online gaming. My FIFA and Call of Duty is fine online. Check your wiring/microfilter and try resetting routers etc.
