As I said before, averages don't count for much, KCom's speeds are much closer and that will kill their average, they also only provide ADSL2+ which limits speeds somewhat.

All it takes is for a couple of quickline customers to get high speeds and their averages will rocket up. It is also worth taking into account that the data for Karoo dates all the way back to the 512Kbit/s broadband and a few dial-up users, Quickline data apparently does not.
