as the title of this topic says, basically i was only getting 8mbps down, and after phoning and getting through straight away they changed my account to a gaming profile, and bumped my 10mbps line to 12mbps.. big difference really and my line has not been disconnecting like it usually did on the off chance.
anyway the guy on the phone, was very helpful +1 for the karoo technical phoneline

also, this is my mothers connection, i get my connection turned on within the next hour or so.. (moved out 2weeks ago) will do a speed test and post in the right section etc =D
