Just been posted on the website, Facebook, and I presume Twitter.
I like that they've done this, to at least explain why some of us are experiencing issues. A little earlier may have been better though, still - better late then never.

I think Karoo put all these new ISPs in place just to make themselves look better compared to the "competition".

I've had some issues with disconnections occasionally and slow speed of late, but to be fair after one phone call they seem to be pretty proactive, engineers have been down within 48hr, still ongoing at the moment but so far I'm not disappointed with technical support.. :-)
The Twitter feed is excellent as well :-)
