Hi all

I am new to the forum however i have been reading it for a few months now,and gleaned a lot of info.
I have read the posts  about sure bb and their reliability issues, there is a question i have and that is, is nextgen reliable?

I have read and seen their speeds however there is nothing on reliability, may be there is'nt any issues- but it would be nice to know
I have emailed nextgen with a view to obtaining their services- still awaiting reply though!!

i will try to bring cake for all you battenburg fans next time !!

regards

Just as reliable as a fixed line, consistent latency and speeds Smiley

I've seen some issues, particularly as of late but much the same as Sure Broadband they are attentive and more than willing to go the extra mile to resolve any issues that their customers are facing. I can't fault them to be honest.

From my personally observations and with talking at length to nextgenus users, wind/rain/fog really doesn't seem to have an affect on the performance of the connection. If it does then its hardly noticeable. I'm very impressed.

I don't think personal favours/fast tracking is very professional.

All enquiries please email the now 'official' email address: sales@nextgenushull.co.uk

Thankyou.

True, But that email is the official one and people can be 'fast tracked' via that email if there is substantial reason for it.

Just to make things clear, I am not employed by NextGenUs nor do I work for them in any other way. I am a customer and I am friends with those involved in NextGenUs, so I can help here and there!
