Hi there, can you please answer me the following questions, regarding your network.

Do you use fibre to the cabinet?
Do you use fibre to the exchange?
Is they're any plans to introduce VDSL into your network infrastructure?

If you do not use fibre, when are you planning on upgrading, as this is currently been seen all over Europe, yet we seem to be left behind like always.

Thank you for your recent enquiry.

Unfortunately we cannot at this time advise when a fibre optic based provision of broadband service will become available to the local area, nor can we regarding a VDSL service.

We can assure you though, a lot of investment has been made, and is going to continue to be made into the local infrastructure, to further our existing ADSL2+ services.

Should we introduce new services, there is no doubt they will be marketed heavily.

We are sorry we can’t provide further information at this time.
