Don't play Eve but have been having these random disconnections for several weeks now, initially before the Airnet days Karoo blamed the length of extension cable I was using, basically from one side of the room to the other. With this in mind before leaving Airnet I had a new internet socket fitted approximately half a meter from the router, but still having the same disconnections sometimes they could be three or four a night, only for seconds but enough to log out...

I suspect they have no excuse now, or at least cant blame my equipment, so they have arranged for an engineer to visit this coming Friday.
Also my line will only give me around 3.5 down & .75 up anything more and it becomes unstable, this issue will also be investigated on Friday...I'll let you know the outcome if any...
