Hi all,

I was just wondering if it was possible to make financial claims for loss of business whilst our internet connection is down, or do kc have a clause for this in their contracts?

Thanks

Don't know off the top of my head, have you read the T&C's? I would imagine it would be fairly difficult to prove the business lost though...Unless you have a cunning plan?

Don't have time to look into it right now but it looks like its dependent on what package you on as to how quickly they respond to any faults.
Not sure if the full T&C's are online though, I doubt it... Sad

I would imagine they have this covered in their T&C, judging by the amount of times Karoo suffers from outages.

Has to be over 4 hours of lost service and you can have them. make a file about loss of service and times dates speeds and also log lost revnues.

you will need a good litigation solisitor PM me I have just the fella hes won a few against KCom.

Yeah but you need to have lost one hell of a lot of business, and be able to substantiate your losses to make it all worth while.
Unless it's been out for a decent amount of time I'd forget it to be honest...  Embarrassed
