Karoo came 21st in this months Which Magazine with 36% satisfied customers.

Zen came top with 88% customers satisfied, followed by 02, then BE.

Interesting that Eclipse came 6th with 72% customer satisfaction and got recommended by Which, they must be doing something right.

Virgin came 10th
BT came 15th
Talk Talk came 20th
Orange came 22nd
AOL came 23rd (Bottom)

Difference between Karoo and Eclipse is Eclipse users can easily leave! so Eclipse has to be nice to their customers.
