Well again i rang Karoo to swirch my service to new house at weekend...today i was waiting for over 20mins before i was able to talk to someone, last week i tried twice to get thru and after 15mins each time i called i gave up...i cannot keep the mobile to my ear for that long each time, i have things to do.
Well fingers crossed they pull this off without a glitch:-
Discon my internet at current house at 10am friday, then it will be recon at new place at 11am fri morn...lets wait and see :s

I had a similar issue last week. Their customer service and technical support answer times are the worst I have ever come across. Not to mention the arrogance on the phone and in the customer services shop in town. And the fact that I lost my Internet for 3 days.
I wish my competitors were as bad as them , I would be a very wealthy person

It annoys me whenever i ring up they always mention that the new bundles are so popular that every callsperson is busy. I think its bs and theres only 2 or 3 in there call centre
