Well i moved house this weekend and i transfered the service to new house, i was told i would be cut off at 10am on friday and reconnected in new house at 11am friday...obviously i expected the usual hassle and this would never be a smooth transition.

Well i was wrong...and i thank Karoo for the quickness and smooth operation of this transfer.

As a result i rang them up today to change to the Home extra package which would save me £5pm, it may only be £5 but it soon adds up, this should come into effect on the 16th march...fingers crossed.

Well today was the day for the new package to come into effect and yet again karoo is praised...blimey i am shocked again Smiley

was trying the new thomson router that kc sent and it was only picking up 9mbs ...tried it several times and it was no better.

So have decided to stick with my old netgear one, which has the speed result shown above

Wow, wouldn't expect such a huge increase when using a different router.
