Yeah, that's my point, sorry if I wasn't being very specific, the site is clearly having problems.
Or maybe they got flooded with Karoo complaints after the recent Ofcom publication it would look ridiculous having Karoo sitting with a score of 1. (However that's a fair analysis of the quality of service we are getting)
