Does anybody know where I can stream this live? The race starts at 1pm and I'd like to take advantage of the good weather and watch it in the garden on my laptop.

Personally I'd like to see a change to qualifying. Pole more often than not, goes on to win the race so I'd like a change to the top 10 qualifiers.

Qualifying should take place as normal but instead of the top ten starting in those positions, they should then draw a starting potision from a hat. Fastest gets first choice and so on until the 10th fastest. That way there would be more chance we would see the top guys have to fight their way to the front instead of so many first to flag finishes.
