Not sure how much longer we'll hang about. Service is not fit for purpose, and the attitude of some of the staff in what is laughingly called the support group is truly shocking. When I complained about constant disconnects (which interfere badly with our work, because we have terminal sessions going to our servers), they said that it was against FUP to run servers at home (!), and that clearly we should have a leased line. I pointed out that our servers were in a data centre, and asked for an apology, but of course didn't get one.

Just seen someone add 45 other members (without their permission ) and by one click of the mouse, onto the Nextgenus facebook site.

Not just a Nextgenus issue, I imagine that a lot of Facebook sites pump up their "members" through dodgy means.

I have previously been added to facebook sites ( most that I have never heard of ! ) by "friend of a friend of a friend" etc

Absolutely scandalous that the site owners allow that to happen....assuming of course that facebook allows them to stop it.
