get rid m8 crock of **** next gen are   so you stream a vid or 2 and you capped for 2 days

Well this is now way over 24hours, Since the email with the cap i switched to karoo account so haven't even used the ngu one. Little annoying i must confess.

I would have complained to the Regulator of Community Interest Companies by now - clearly from the posts there seems to be evidence that NGU might not be delivering what they have told their customers what they would deliver - and now its the fault of the customers for downloading too much?  I think this needs looking into and the Regulator would do that and provide an official report for you to see as to what really is the problem.  Community Interest Companies have specific remits - they are not just a normal limited company - and they have to deliver the goods to the community. This is the link to the complaints form which outlines the reasons accepted for complaining to the Regulator:

Right, connection cap removed (are they forums monitored? I think so)

Now lets keep an eye on my usage so that now i have proof if needed as to my usage.

Just to clarify when is the 5gb usage limit in place from and when are the restrictions off?

They seem to be ON when you make any good use of the system .
They are off when you kick a fuss up on here
