if you get the the phone and broadband separate its 12 months as a bundle its 18 months.

cheapest bundle that includes 30GBpm is £29.99.

This is what puts me off Karoo:

Quote
You could be missing out on up to 3x faster broadband

The average speed on ADSL2+ for postcode HU54* is
3.5Mbps

Your postcode can get speeds between
a minimum of 2.5Mbps
a maximum of 5Mbps

But at the moment this is what puts me off NGU Sad

I wish Sir Jimmy Savile was still with us so he could fix it for me

Still at least Karoo will treat you with decency and respect.

Fiber cannot be too far away.

Well they plan to roll it out to 15k homes within 18months, judging by the previous Karoo endeavours I would have thought they won't get to the core Hull area till the tail end of the 18 months. Thats a long time to pay for a massively overpriced service

It might be overpriced but it is useable!

NGU are promising new packages/profiles "soon" so things might be better then, however I suspect the customer service and unprofessionalism will still be as dismal.
