I'm on option 4 but asked them to cap my speed not long after moving onto max (Around December last year) because of bad dc problems. They capped my speed to 3meg and I've had a stable connection ever since. Which is more than I can say about the speed. I average around 1500kb/s but on good days I get around 2500kb/s. I had problems for a couple of weeks after Karoo had their routing problem which saw my speeds drop to between 500 - 700kb/s. Needless to say, I was straight on the phone asking them to get it sorted.
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 448 / 2,752
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 11.5 / 16.5
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 25.5 / 38.0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 23.0 / 11.0
If it wasn't for the static IP on option 4, I'd have dropped to option 1.

Hmm, Interesting. I'm not very technical really, I just know the basics. Why I choose to have a static IP address is because I play an online speedway game where other players enter my server via posting my IP address (It's a pain using a floating one).
Would Dynamic DNS work for this? If so, I'll certainly look into it when my option 4 contract is up in December.
Thanks, Dylan!
