I have had no NGU connection and I have had none since 21:43 last night. Anyone else with problems (east hull)?

No connection at all for me since 23:43 last night and I can't get through to support as I have not a phone line. ?
Support ticket is in also but can only gram a few mins on this connection I have to the net as it is not mine.
Which time is it? |

Think I know why I have no connection, apparently the knob who has the feeder radio on his property that I feed off has turned it off. Some people really are to**ers. I hope Ngu remove the bandwidth robbing t*at from their service.

Mines been down the whole time since I posted, and wont be looked at until monday now, reported the issue on wednesday straight after it happened

Yeah mines having problems aswell, for about 2-3 days. I can get a connection but its very unstable and slow. Webpages frequently time out and games fail to connect and when they do disconnect alot. Ping times are all over the place.
Sent in a support ticket this morning, now i wait for a response
