Has anybody else noticed that there are a load of IPs floating about without hostnames recently?

I've had two in a row so far, 83.100.251.102 and 87.102.2.6

Not a big problem for me but this could cause problems for people who need to connect to corporate networks, some of which use a reverse-lookup to make sure you're not a baddy.
