Been noticing a slow down for a while now so have carried out tests for the last few days with test results of 2.65mb rather than my normal 10mb. Rang Karap and they had capped my line with no reason forthcoming. Sick of having the p**s being taken!
I wonder how many more people are being taken for a ride?  deffo jumping ship to one of the wifi providers now.

Whats your normal speeds? Surely they must be able to give you a reason?

Think very carefully before you jump to a wireless provider, its not all as the ads promise.

i notice a slow down on the old max system.

from about 9am on weekends your speeds drops from 7 meg to about 2 meg

I notice this too, its just a ploy to get you to upgrade really, actual QoS wouldn't do this unless the demand was actually high. Seeing as it kicks in after 9am precisely its just pure traffic shaping/throttling.

Whoa! then i'd have to watch what i download, DURING THE DAY! ZOMG
To be honest, i prefer the MAX system, daytime usage is free as it should be.
