Oh - I've just had an e-mail in response to a support ticket put in in September or so asking about why we were constantly getting dropped connections. This e-mail was answered (although not very usefully!), but *this* response says that we have been capped for excessive usage. No idea why - we haven't downloaded anything more than we usually do, as far as we know.
Sigh.
Oh, and we haven't *been* capped! Although we probably will be now, as I'm sure they read this forum
