Oh - I've just had an e-mail in response to a support ticket put in in September or so asking about why we were constantly getting dropped connections.  This e-mail was answered (although not very usefully!), but *this* response says that we have been capped for excessive usage. No idea why - we haven't downloaded anything more than we usually do, as far as we know.

Sigh.

Yup, got a message from Darren Weavers asking whether I'd be willing to moderate on the page, they're adding a few customers as admins to help moderate and keep the idiots away.

ramtops (Mac?) I'll try and find out why you were removed, seems odd.

Nice...

Oh, and we haven't *been* capped! Although we probably will be now, as I'm sure they read this forum Smiley

Stirrers, customers of the competitor coming on and causing fun and games. Hence they're adding extra moderators.

I don't think they need anyone to stir things for them. They seem to do a pretty good job of it themselves.

think thats about right jam what ive seen is nextgen staff doing plenty of the stirring on there page themself's to other customer's does'nt take competitors to do that ....and calling people trolls is'nt a very professional way to deal with people....seems to me though they only use facebook to look on how other peoples speeds are doing so they can get big heads about it but when people have issues they remove posts
