I think acquiring multiple moderators for every sector isn't the way to go. You would have moderators which were simply not needed.
Let's face it - the Quickline sub-forum doesn't need moderation whatsoever, at this current time.
Given the size of the forum, 1-2 global moderators will work perfectly.

I personally think assigning a moderator shouldn't be based on which ISP they are using, it should be based on the individual themselves.

If they prove to be unbiased, approachable and can moderate where appropriate, then job done, everyone should be happy.

What forum you been reading? Ive only just joined here and every post i have seen is unprofessional bashing NGU when hes a director at surebroadband, which is a big turnoff for me. I dont see karoo airnet or even nextgen basing the competition on a public forum.

Talks about NGU been unprofessional lol  Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss

Have you ever seen Nextgenus promotional material? They openly encourage their customers to refer to Karoo as "Krapoo" and much of their advertising material directly belittles Karoo in an unprofessional manner.

I notice in the nine posts you have made since registering a day ago that you seem to be very pro nextgenus, are you a customer? An employee perhaps?

BTW if you looked at my posts you would notice that I joined about the same time I left Karoo to go with Nextgenus. Read the threads to find out why I left.

I have, Nextgenus changed the FUP and yuo didnt like it which is fair enough, Why didnt you go with SBB there service is unlimited, Im thinking about going with SBB i can seed box 24/7 i cant wait!"!

I agree too many people on this forum have that of alternative motives. We should all be thankful however that they aren't to un-conspicuous in regards to this fact. Anyways I sharn't be commenting within thread anymore as it seems to have lived its useful purpose for-me and whilst this subject should be left open for debate a derailment is becoming quite apparent for those unaware.

Radioshack has been banned for trolling and attempting to do what he has accused others of doing.

This forum is to be used by customers/ex customers to discuss broadband related problems/issues/etc

They are not here to provide a platform for any company, other than to provide answers or direction to [potential] customers.

Trolling by any company under a disguised account is just plain wrong and most unprofessional.
