Are you going to be able to cope with the strict 5GB per 24 hours period FUP and no unlimited download period?

The profiles may be in place by then, I'd expect so, but still there's bound to be a FUP as they can't have someone downloading their full 35GB /week or 150GB /month in 1 day as that would cause problems. It will be interesting to see what the new FUP will be, or will it still be 5GB per day?

If an ISPs network management is not there to allow someone to utilise their bandwidth when they see fit then its not worth bothering with and proves again how Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck it all is.

You seem to have the inside track Richard, you seem to think they would still have problems, why so?

I have no insider information at this time, in the past I've been given tid-bits which I have shared but nothing at this time. NGU have played up the profiles, but no mention of the FUP when the profiles are implemented has been made. This makes me wonder what will happen to the FUP, will it be left or increased or? I don't know.

Good luck, I hope it goes well for you. We had ours taken out - the service was truly dire, and the customer relations positively insulting.

Yeh - lets hope it goes ok and it provides a good service to the customers.  Will be interesting to see SBB response as they are looking at progressing into East Hull - Holderness Rd area?  This may become very interesting.
