Just had a hell of shock when i read the phone bill today over £130! KC had charged me for an engineer visit (£50) plus new socket (£50) despite the fact they insisted on it or i get no ADSL! Called up and politely asked why have you charged me for something you insisted on doing?

They had to go through the logs of the original call so they called me back, ten minutes latter my bill was revised & charges removed and an apology for the mistake. can't ask for better service than that.

KC called my mother in law up the other to tell her they can save her £10 a month on her phone and broadband and are even sending her a new router.
